Dear Friend, If we can talk ourselves into drinking or using, and if we can plan our lives around it, then we can talk ourselves OUT of drinking or using and plan our lives around sobriety. Long term sobriety is a planned condition. It doesn’t just happen: we don’t simply quit drinking and using, and resume our lives as though nothing is missing. It involves some pretty simple steps, but they require conscious effort, persistence, and patience. Most people who quit using and attain long term sobriety do a combination of things I will personally explain to you!

Learn How How To Take Back Control Of Your Life!

Can We Be REAL Honest With Each Other? Does This Sound Familiar?

I’m not nearly as bad as OTHER people! Okay, if this is true then how many people do you know drink or use drugs just like you?

I can stop any time I want to! Then why haven’t you? What is keeping you from quitting? Do you REALLY enjoy how you feel after the fact? No guilt there? No shame? Right!

I don’t have time to get help! How much time ( not to mention money) of your day or week do you spend getting your drug of choice, consuming it and then start the cycle over? Run the numbers in your head, be honest now, still don’t think you have time?

I’ll start tomorrow. Wouldn’t you like to say that one final time and mean it? We’re never guaranteed tomorrow, not us types who use the way we do anyway. Tomorrow’s have come and gone haven’t they?
